The creation of the project consists of several stages, including redevelopment of space, development of 3D visualization, selection of necessary materials and a package of drawings for the project.

Redevelopment of the object is an important part of the project. Ergonomics, function, ease of movement – the backbone of a successful project and the key to success in further work on the object.

Necessary part for project implementation. This is a 100% guarantee of successful realization of images into reality. This is the supervision of the construction process, the connection of the necessary contractors and specialists.

Selection of materials, calculation of quantity, replacement if necessary by analogues. All materials are agreed with the customer, based on the budget and implementation deadlines.

TECHNICAL TASK

Meeting at the facility, photo recording, measurements of the room, filling out a questionnaire (technical task), which indicates all your wishes about the interior. Signing a contract indicating the project price and deadlines.

ACCOMMODATION PLANNING

Based on the terms of reference, options are developed (2-3 pcs.) Planning with the placement of furniture, equipment and plumbing fixtures. After discussing the pros and cons of each option, a final planning decision is prepared, which will be the basis for further work on the project.

WORK ON THE CONCEPT

In parallel with interior planning, the concept of the future interior is discussed. References, some key materials and furniture are selected, the construction budget and its framework are discussed.

PHOTOREALISTIC 3D VISUALIZATION

Visualization will give an idea of what your interior will be like after implementation. It allows you to harmoniously combine materials, colors, choose the type of light. Visualization will save you from wrong decisions, alterations, unnecessary costs and possible disappointments.

WORKING DOCUMENTATION

After coordinating the visualization, all the necessary drawings are prepared in order to build everything that is depicted in 3d pictures. Builders will be able to implement the project without unnecessary questions.

SUBMISSION OF THE PROJECT

At this stage, 2 albums are being prepared and submitted: one with a 3D visualization, the other with a package of working drawings. You can start the implementation and construction of the interior.

COMPLETE INTERIOR WITH CONSTRUCTION SUPPORT

In the process of preparing 3d pictures, the selection of materials and equipment begins: floor tiles and bathrooms, plumbing equipment, kitchen furniture. After the delivery of the project, at the request of the customer, cooperation and work on the project continues. All necessary materials are selected: wallpaper, plaster, lighting, appliances, doors, equipment, parquet, laminate. Tiles, plumbing, furniture are finally selected. Construction support is provided – it is control over compliance with the project, changes in working drawings, site visits (1 time per week). This is an important step, because in most cases, the design project drawings do not anticipate all the changes that occur during construction.

TERMS AND COST

Term of project implementation for a room of 100 sq. M. – 6 – 8 weeks.

The cost of the project depends on the complexity and area of the room – $ 20 – 30 per square meter.

The cost of completing the interior with construction support is discussed separately.
